  • Description

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist customers and interface with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping and Production, ensuring excellent service is provided. Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances.

    Must Haves

    • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience required.

    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required

    • Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred
