    The Customer Service Representative , (CSR) is responsible for maintaining their assigned accounts including providing exceptional client service to both internal and external client contacts. Specifically, the CSR role is focused on trouble shooting inquiries that are related to orders, backorders, ETA's and tracking. The expectation of the CSR is to always provide complete resolution on every inquiry. The CSR is the point person and liaison to other departments related to daily operational activity Sales Operations Specialist (SOS), and Warehouse Ops.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution

    • Dedicated CSR Agent handling, from start to finish, every inquiry whether via phone or email.

    • Provide effective responses to all client inquiries within same business day whenever possible, and prior to 24 business hours in all cases

    • Resolve all issues to client satisfaction or escalate as needed; all while maintaining calmness and showcasing the Bunzl "We Care" posture

    • Resolve open issues to conclusion, provide updates to the client on a daily basis until issue is resolved

    • Enter manual replenishment orders in a timely and efficient manner

    • Expediting orders as required

    • Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

    • Confidently assist client with eComm inquiries related to proprietary product and ordering schedules

    • Successfully multitask numerous client inquiries, all while staying within the expected Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    • Flexibility to work anytime between 7am - 7pm (CST), Monday - Friday.

    • Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills

    Requirements:

    • High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    • Computer literate, including MS Word, Excel, e-mail; AS 400 and ServiceNow experience a plus.

    • Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.

    • Good proficiency and is able to speak French is a huge plus.
