  • Description We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry, where you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing incoming leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage incoming customer internet leads, ensuring efficient and timely responses.

    • Field and respond to customer inquiries, providing excellent service at all times.

    • Answer questions about our products, services, and sales incentives, providing accurate and comprehensive information.

    • Set appointments for the sales staff, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth communication.

    • Make follow-up calls and emails on a daily basis, maintaining contact with customers and addressing any concerns or queries.

    • Return to any unsold customers to ensure they have the information they need to consider a purchase.

    • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and track customer interactions.

    • Utilize customer service skills to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

    • Employ data entry skills for order entry and other related tasks.

    • Utilize both inbound and outbound calls to communicate with customers effectively. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

    • Experience in a call center customer service role

    • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Competence in data entry and order entry tasks

    • Experience in managing email correspondence professionally

    • Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently

    • Proven experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field will be considered a plus.
