The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support. This involves providing solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing internal activities & external customers' expectations to ensure superior customer service. They will be heavily working in Salesforce and SAP.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of SAP or ERP
Salesforce or CRM
High School Diploma
Training onsite for 4 weeks then will be working remotely
Wed and Fri and will be onsite Mon/Tues/Thursday. Hours 1st shift
Hours: 7:30AM-4PM
