Customer Service Representative

Location: Wilbur-Ellis Company in Dundee

Compensation: $19.00-21.00 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing (sales order, shipping documents, invoicing) utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner

• Document and process product use recommendations as required

• Utilize JDE to enter and process orders as requested, meeting or exceeding established timelines

• Assist the Sales Team in accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquires or concerns

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Windows, Windows applications, and ERP order entry systems; JD Edwards training provided

• Knowledge of mathematical concepts and the ability to apply such concepts as fractions, percentages and ratios to practical application with accuracy

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to work a 1st shift schedule, M-F, 7:30am-5pm (winter hours 8:30am-5pm)
