Customer Service Representative (HVAC)

Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing outstanding service and support. You will receive comprehensive training to learn about our products and services, and you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.

• Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues or concerns.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or vocational training preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Interest in the HVAC industry and willingness to learn about products and services.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
