A large financial client in historic downtown Dallas is seeking individuals with at least 1 year of call center experience to join their team! You will be handling calls and chats from clients regarding technical and navigational support for applications. salary: $18.51 - $18.52 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

In this role you will provide navigational and technical support for CashPro applications from inbound requests received via phone and/or chat. Identify, resolve, and discover root causes through research and analysis to provide solutions to basic and moderately complex requests in a timely manner with error free quality; Interact continuously and deepen relationships with internal business partners as well as clients; Utilize the various bank systems to support client's requests.

This role will last at least at least a year with an opportunity to go perm, is ONSITE, and youwill work an 8 hours shift between 7:30-5 Mon-Fri.
