Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic.

• Enter orders into the system accurately.

• Schedule and track deliveries.

• Maintain Accurate Data.

• Sort emails and check voicemails.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
