    We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Madison, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound calls related to benefits and claims status, handling around 50 calls per day.

    The primary responsibility of this job is handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from members and providers. You will be required to address provider phone questions regarding claim status and benefits, as well as assist enrollees with their phone questions related to claim status and ~~~ qualify for this position, you will need excellent phone skills and etiquette, as well as proficient PC skills, including email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, and 10-key. Experience with Qiclink is also required for this position.The ideal candidate should have at least six months of call center experience and proven experience in a professional office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with proven customer service experience. While not required, a background in medical insurance is preferred.

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Excellent phone skills and etiquette.

    • Proficiency in PC skills such as email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, and 10-key.

    • Experience with Qiclink.

    • At least six months of call center experience.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proven experience in a professional office environment.

    • Proven customer service experience.

    • Medical insurance background is preferred.
