This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary to hire, and located in Manassas, Virginia.

• Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

• Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

• You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

• Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - General familiarity with Communication Skills

• Knowledge of Superior Customer Service

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

• Inbound Outbound Calls experience

• Generate Leads experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Establishing Relationships

• Proficiency in order entry

• Adeptness in Email Correspondence

• Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

• Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

• Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
