Customer Service Representative

Job Description

A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work within the Spare Parts group. The customer service representative in this position will be fielding calls and emails along with doing data entry in the company's internal ERP system.

Skills and Requirements

Customer service experience via phone

Associates or Bachelors Degree

Ability to field calls, emails, and tasks simultaneously while also handling customer complaints properly

ERP system experience

Computer savvy
