They are seeking a proficient and customer-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization and contribute to delivering exceptional service to their valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our client's customers. Operating within a bustling call center environment, you will be responsible for delivering superior service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain programs to customers and affiliates.

• Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer and affiliate inquiries.

• Create new work orders with precise customer information.

• Schedule and confirm measure appointments with customers and affiliates as required.

• Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Update and maintain accurate records in the operating system.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Use Call Center and Remote Support skills to enhance customer service.

• Adapt to various programs and software used in the role.

• Proven customer service or call center experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations and high-volume calls

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Proficient in using computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
