Customer Service Representative (Warehouse division)

• Utilize your expertise in operating an electric walk-behind stacker (minimum 1 year experience)

• Showcase your proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain regular attendance and ensure safety compliance

• Handle orders efficiently, process shipments, and maintain a well-organized workspace

• Provide top-notch customer service to US and Canada-based customers

• Utilize your Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with our warehouse team and select customers

• Manage order entries accurately, process returns/credits, and maintain inventory on customer portals

• Navigate through different computer systems and B2B customer portals with ease

Preferred System Knowledge

• Familiarity with AX Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

• Experience with Amazon and online customer portals

• Knowledge of the Zammad customer service email portal would be beneficial
