  • Adecco Permanent Recruiting is representing our client, a leading provider manufacturer in the Wake Forest, NC area and seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep.

    NOTE THIS IS 100% ON-SITE, NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTION.

    About You

    As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Strong ERP system knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and orders.

    • Process orders efficiently using the company's ERP system.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and maintain customer relationships.

    • Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

    • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

    • Utilize ERP system data to analyze customer trends and contribute to sales strategies.

    • Assist with inventory management tasks.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.

    • Proficiency in ERP systems and software applications.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    Physical Demands

    • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.

    Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
