    Eliot Management Group by Deluxe is looking for a Merchant Relations Specialist to join the team. We're looking for someone who posse's excellent customer service and that go get 'em attitude. Our merchants are our top priority so the perfect candidate would be a self-starter with an eye for problem solving.

    We'll show you everything you need to know, we just need you to be willing to give our merchants the best customer service possible!

    Job Functions:

    • Outbound calls to merchants for QA, Equipment return reminder and Sales Leads for equipment upgrades or adding merchant accounts

    • Prepare department reporting/trending on a daily/monthly basis.

    • Assist Merchant Relations Manager with any other tasks as needed.

    • Analyze, research, and respond to BBB Complaints, escalated Customer Service merchant complaints, attorney letters, UCC Levies, subpoenas/summons and social media reviews/complaints and negotiate settlements where applicable. Maintain BBB accreditation for multiple entities.

    Basic Qualifications:Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years of experience.

    • General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors and 0 years

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills

    • Excellent organizational skills, and comfort in communicating with all levels of management

    • Dependable and self-motivated worker in a multi-task, fast-paced work environment

    • Able to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish department goals

    Additional Basic Qualifications

    Must be 18 years of age or older
