    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

    • Provide quotes, lead times, and product support to customers with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.

    • Offer troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and any relevant issues that may arise.

    • Utilize high-level Excel capabilities, including V-look ups, to analyze data and provide valuable insights and guides to support the sales team.

    • Maintain meticulous records of sales trends to inform decision-making processes.

    • Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

    • Stay abreast of new product and feature launches, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and equipped.

    • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to uphold excellent customer service standards and enhance overall customer experience.

    • Proactively suggest sales process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.

    • Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items swiftly and effectively.

    • Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

    • Foster strong partnerships with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations consistently.

    Requirements

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of proven customer service experience, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including V-look ups, to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

    • Prior experience with computer systems, corporate phone systems, or switchboards.

    • Demonstrated patience and empathy in dealing with confused or irate customers.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

    • Dedication to ongoing education about the company, its products, and services to provide informed support.
