Responsibilities

Will be the sole customer service specialist for this company

Duties will include the following

Answering calls from customers and making follow up calls as needed (will be taking about 24 calls on average per day) Could be more or less depending on the day

Obtaining accurate information for customers on shipment dates and expected date of delivery of products

Monitoring shipment dates to ensure products are arriving on time

Communicating with Purchasing on increases or decreases in demand for products

Maintain customer files and records

Processing customer orders, quotes, returns and entering in purchase orders

Providing product and technical information to customers to aid in both new and repeat sales

Running reports

Participating in weekly planning meetings with production team to determine best delivery dates and revenue plan

Experience with utilizing Job Boss is a huge plus

Experience working within an ERP system required

Experience working for a medical manufacturing company is required
