    Responsible for process related to customer service, including: orders handling, invoicing, claim service, reporting, projects and processes management.

    Essential duties and responsibilities

    1. Order handling:

    2. Order taking from Customer (mail/fax/phone)

    3. Customer order entry into JDE based on agreement, offers

    4. Products inventory level monitoring based on BO procedure

    5. Passing through of customer orders to warehouse application

    6. Invoice make out:

    7. Invoice make out in JDE

    8. Credit Note in JDE

    9. Sending invoice to Customer

    10. Claim service:

    11. Customer complaints settling

    12. Proactive action in order to settle Customers claim in line with Baxters procedures

    13. Cooperation with Customer:

    14. Order receipt

    15. Communicating Customers about product availability according to agreement and procedures

    16. Communicating customers about order handling status

    17. Reports creation in JDE

    18. Cooperation with Tender Team, Commercial Team, Finance, Supply Chain


    • Previous experience in customer service (i.e. logistics)

    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

    • Very good knowledge of English

    • Compliance with country specific requirement

    • Communicative, customer focused

    • Disciplined, independent in executing tasks but also a strong team player

    • Driven to deliver high quality service
