    About this role

    As a developing leader, this associate will join a team on the leading edge of Carrier's customer success transformation and will play an integral role in helping reimagine and execute new ways of engaging and transacting with our channel customers. Through deep collection, analysis, documentation, management of project backlogs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout execution, this individual will assist the team in efficiently acting against critical feedback collected from our internal and external customers across multiple areas of our business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and document internal and external processes and technologies that impact customer success and satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with key functional owners and stakeholders across the organization to identify and document key customer pain points.

    • Produce, manage, and prioritize backlogs of critical customer feedback and improvement areas.

    • Partner and liaison with internal and external digital production teams to ensure successful, on-time, and in-budget project execution.

    • Build effective internal and external communication strategies in partnership with business partners.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in digital or technology related field.

    • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.

    • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of agile development theory and practice (experience a plus).

    • Experience managing projects from concept through completion.

    • Knowledge of API, EDI, and Salesforce applications.

    • Ability to solve challenging and complex requests.

    • Champions and embraces thoroughness and detail.

    • Experience with B2B processes.
