Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions, has immediate openings for Remote Customer Support Representatives with our premier client in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full time position with a strong focus on customer service. Come join our crew at 2720 Tobey Drive and receive a competitive wage starting at $16/hr. All positions have the potential for permanent hire. Must be located within 1 hour of the jobsite.

Duties

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of product and product features for assigned brand

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools

• Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal

• Meet all service level agreements as assigned

• Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old - HS Diploma or GED

• 6+ months of customer service, experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment

• MS Outlook & Excel experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• PO Management experience preferred but not required.
