CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client in FLOWER MOUND is seeking Customer Service Reps to join their team. This is a temp to permanent position. Must interview in person.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay Range: $16.00

Tuesday- Saturday

8am-4:30pm

What is the job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
