Weekly Paychecks, Benefits, Great Team! Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring individuals with administrative and shipping experience. As a Data Editor/Shipper, associates will coordinate a variety of shipping information that is essential to our client's logistics operations.

Shifts: Weekend Shifts, 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Duties

Front Desk Activities:

• Answering the door, and phone

• Setting Shipping and Receiving appointments

• Requesting transportation for returns of our containers back to our glass suppliers

• Creating customs documents as needed

Shipping Activities:

• Confirming with production floor that all materials are ready to ship and are shipping to schedule

• Verifying that the shipping tickets are correct and ready for shipment

• Creating the ASN (shipping documents for our customers)

• Working with forklift drivers that paperwork is correct and ready to load

• Coordinating with dispatchers to ensure on-time shipments

Data Editor Activities:

• Creating and/or opening work orders in SAP for the production floor

• Adjusting work orders, inventory tickets, or bills of material if needed

• Clearing COGI errors and helping to resolve why they occur

• Trouble shooting ticketing issues

• Making cycle count adjustments and keeping track of weekly results

• Fixing ticket issues

• Oversee all new user request to the service desk (Completing necessary HAF50 forms, working with HR to complete on-boarding process)
