Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

• Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

• Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

• Survey reports and sheets of data

• Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

• Search websites for information

• Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

• Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of High-Volume Data Entry

• Project management experience preferred

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Office Suites experience highly desired

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• Consistent typing accuracy

• Strong communication and social skills
