Job Description

• Data Input and Verification

• Create and update spreadsheets to track essential information (e.g., customer details, sales, inventory).

• Transfer data from hard copies (such as forms, invoices, or reports) into digital formats.

• Double-check entries for accuracy and completeness.

• Database Maintenance

• Update customer information, product details, or other relevant data in the company's database.

• Organize existing data within spreadsheets or databases.

• Quality Control

• Review outdated data and make necessary corrections.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to data entry standards.

• Operate common office equipment, including scanners and printers.

• Use data entry software and tools effectively.

• Perform regular database backups to safeguard data.

• Maintain data confidentiality and security protocols.

• Administrative Support

• Occasionally provide administrative assistance (e.g., sorting paperwork, filing).
