Data Entry Clerk

Description

Robert Half's client is looking for three remote Data Entry Specialists who can assist on a 6-8 week contract for a healthcare organization. The Data Entry Specialist must be able to work with accuracy, independently, and maintain confidentiality of information.

The Data Entry Specialist will be

• Reviewing large numbers of medical evaluations

• Enter the info into an existing database

• Communicating with internal staff

• Maintaining confidentiality

• Paying attention to/deciphering medical terminology in evaluations

• Performing data entry with accuracy

• Using Microsoft, and Microsoft Dynamics

The client prefers if the Data Entry Specialist has experience with reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand.

WHERE: Remote

WHEN: Starting on Weds. May 15

DURATION: Contract, 6-8 months

HOURS: Monday-Friday, full time

either: 8-4:30 or 8:30-5

Requirements - Proven experience in a Data Entry Clerk role or similar position.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong customer service skills and experience with email correspondence.

• Ability to organize and manage files efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
