Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for a seasoned Data Entry Clerk in Tucson, Arizona, United States. This role will be pivotal in supporting administrative tasks within our team, with a focus on data entry and spreadsheet management. The successful candidate will be proficient in handling a variety of tasks, including posting AP/AR payments, scanning, organizing files, and performing calculations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data and manage spreadsheets

• Provide direct support by posting AP/AR payments

• Organize, scan, and file documents as required

• Work on matching purchase orders to invoices and payments when required

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks

• Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks

• Perform calculations as required for the job

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

• Typing and other data entry tasks as required. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Experience in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Experience in Email Correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations
