  • Job Description

    The Document Review Clerk is responsible for scanning files and making sure they are in order as well as accounted for. This includes ensuring the files reflect the spreadsheets and criteria they receive from internal customers and account leads in the departments of the site. Once scanning is complete and files are accounted for they will update the internal system to record where the file is located as well as move the files to the back vault. This person will learn to understand the timeline of loans from beginning to end as they go through training. Additionally they will communicate though Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and face to face as they locate files and update information. The ideal candidate is highly organized to hit various deadlines, has strong attention to detail, time management, organization with prioritization, is well versed in Excel, team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    -High school diploma and one to three years of experience in an office setting (longevity)

    -They need to know Excel and Microsoft products (basic knowledge)

    -Professionalism and customer services skills when under stress

    -Self-starter attitude who is looking to grow within US Bank and has strong work ethic!

    -Can lift 30-40Ibs - Mortgage knowledge or loan processor experience is VERY appreciated.

    - Bach or Associates

    - Audit experience

    - Quality Control experience

    - Customer Service (call center) experience

    - Excel (v-look ups, Macros, Pivot Tables) null
