We are seeking an expert Executive Administrative Assistant to partner as the right hand to our Space System Vice President and General ~~~ this dynamic role, you will:Be the Face of the Milspace Office and Organization, welcoming guests, new employees and customers. Organize Milspace events and planning activities in conjunction with EE, and work across the Space organization to represent the Military Space LOB• Maintain calendars, arranges meetings, create travel itineraries and work with iAre you looking to use your administrative and analytical experience to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an expert Executive Administrative Assistant to provide a full range of administrative duties supporting the Vice President and his deputy in the LM Space Military Space SPP organization.Basic Qualifications:• Have proven experience applying critical thinking to tasks and calendar prioritization.• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access), and advanced internet research skills• Experience coordinating complex domestic travel arrangements, and with reconciliation of expense reports• Demonstrated understanding of security requirements for visitors, customers, experience in dealing with Government customers and foreign visitors/companies.• Prior experience with composing reports, correspondence and memorandums, reviewing documents for appropriate grammar usage, answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.• Project management and project coordination experience• Current SSBI (Full scope background investigation) and Top Secret clearance required prior to startDesired Skills:• Demonstrate excellent social skills, both verbal and written, and excel in a role where you will interact with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.• Keen judgement and experience with handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.• Have a basic understanding of Space, International and Commercial Business concepts.• Be an independent, proactive partner who takes the initiative and execute projects with minimal supervision.• Be able to prioritize requests based on needs of business and VP preferences.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
