    Location: On site in Memphis, TN

    Summary

    The Executive Administrative Assistant will support executive leaders and their organization within First Horizon's Risk Management function. Duties will include a range of routine support activities but will also include various ad-hoc activities. Responsibilities will also include coordinating team events including logistics, catering, and technology at First Horizon's Memphis main office.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Under the direction of executive members of the team, this position is primarily expected to:

    • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with technical content provided by leadership

    • Manage executive's calendars and coordinate meetings within Risk and across the organization

    • Support leadership in booking business travel and supporting itineraries

    • Submit expense reports and documentation on behalf of leadership

    • Coordinate and support logistics for larger organization events in Memphis which generally could include working with:

    • Property management on scheduling, room setup

    • Technology support for audio/video needs

    • Caterers for onsite meals

    • Corporate security on certain logistics

    • Booking other offsite events as needed (dinners, team building, etc)

    • Maintain inventory of contracts as needed; may liaison with Finance on researching various budget-related questions

    • Coordinate with leadership on technology needs for new hires and returns for departing associates

    • Liaison with Technology Access support as needed for job roles within the Risk organization

    • Coordinate with Business Resiliency and Risk leadership on the departments' business continuity plan

    • Various other ad-hoc support activities as needed

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. No supervisory responsibilities

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While nearly all duties will be between normal business hours, there could be a few infrequent times after-hour support is needed which would primarily related to special events.

    Preferred Experience

    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products; particularly PowerPoint and Excel

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Previous project management, administrative assistance, or similar related experience
