The College of Engineering has an exciting opening for an Executive Administrative Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The Executive Administrative Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Dean for Advancement and the Executive Director for Strategy & External Relations within the College of Engineering, exercising independent judgment and discretion. This position is responsible for a broad range of duties, including, but not limited to, executive scheduling and briefings, delegating project management, liaising with high-level donors, arranging travel, planning and tracking Advancement budgets, and performing other administrative functions, as needed.
In collaboration with the Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives & Campaign Operations, the Executive Administrative Specialist will also supervise two classified administrative positions to ensure a consistent approach to the Engineering Advancement team's administrative needs.
What You Will Do: Program Support and Management (60%)
Administration (25%)
College Advisory Board Relations (10%)
Other Duties as assigned (5%) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree AND three years of experience in administrative support or related field.
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. What You Bring:
