Honeywell is reinventing the way the world operates. In this role, you will serve as Executive Assistant within HCE based in Atlanta, Georgia. Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide administrative support to key leaders within Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute to a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills help ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Key Responsibilities

    • Manage complex calendars and scheduling with discretion

    • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner

    • Coordinate and plan domestic and international travel

    • Work closely with leadership team to provide support to the global organization

    • Manage expense report coordination and submission

    • Work with other assistants throughout the broader team and across Honeywell

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executives in a professional, fast-paced environment

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

    • Skillful execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, organization, and process

    • Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company

    • Strong teamwork skills and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others
