    We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at a local nonprofit organization. As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of the CMO's schedule, facilitating communication, and supporting fundraising development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Calendar Management

    • Effectively manage the CMO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.

    Meeting Minutes

    • Attend meetings with the CMO and other stakeholders as needed, and accurately record meeting minutes.

    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes in a timely manner.

    Fundraising Support

    • Assist the CMO in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.

    • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop donor communications and marketing materials.

    Executive Support

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CMO, including managing correspondence, drafting emails, and handling inquiries.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.

    Donor Stewardship

    • Implement strategies to steward and cultivate relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

    • Work closely with the fundraising team to identify opportunities for donor engagement and recognition.

    Donor Database Management

    • Maintain the donor database system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor records.

    • Generate reports and analyze donor data to support fundraising efforts and strategic decision-making.

    Donor Research

    • Conduct research on prospective donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors to identify potential funding opportunities.

    • Prepare profiles and briefings on donors to assist in cultivation and solicitation strategies.

    Donor Gift Acknowledgement

    • Coordinate the timely acknowledgment of donor contributions, including drafting personalized thank you letters and receipts.

    • Ensure that all donors receive appropriate recognition and stewardship communications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.

    • Previous experience providing executive-level support in a nonprofit or corporate environment.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
