    A financial services client of Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in the Kansas City, MO area. This is a direct hire/permanent opportunity, and will require to be on-site five days per week.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to

    Prepare and process client account paperwork.

    Process and monitor transactions.

    Compliance coordination and submission.

    Answer incoming calls.

    Schedule appointments.

    Prepare client review materials.

    Provide excellent service to clients.

    Assist team members with various projects

    Skills and Requirements

    • Three to five years of Financial Services experience. Financial Services background is required.

    • National finances services (NFS) platform OR Pershing Platform experience

    • Mutual funds experience

    • Previous Broker Dealer, RAA or Financial Services office experience preferred.

    • Experience with account applications.

    • Experience with money movement transactions.

    • Experience with compliance rules and regulations of a Financial Services office.

    • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

    • Strong ability to perform duties related to an administrative office.

    • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

    • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, verbal and written skills.

    • Ability to work well independently or with others.

    • Typing skills of 50 wpm
