    Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Chartwell Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.     JOB SUMMARY

    • Check voicemails at the start and end of the shift.

    • Confirm and respond to all reservation inquiries for the day.

    • Ensure all signage is updated and properly displayed.

    • Call and confirm reservations for three days out.

    • Input new leads and reservations into Seven Rooms, Tripleseat, and Open table.

    • Review menu pars and print as needed and print extra for the weekend.

    • Ensuring radios are charged.

    • Print all BEO's and one-sheets for the day in coordination with the Catering Manager, Event Operational Manager, & Culinary Chef.

    • Create food labels for all events and buffets.

    • Prepare all new hire training kits and checklist.

    • Manage uniform inventory and ordering.

    • Send all new onboarding paperwork to HR for any new hires.

    • Create When I Work log-ins for new hires.

    • Office organization and ordering of office supplies.

    • Manege the printed collateral inventory.

    • Coordinate and track back-of-house requests for repair and maintenance with the Hotel.

    • Responsible for updating notices on the Associate bulletin board.

    • Update records and maintain proper filing systems.

    • Conduct and coordinate month-end inventory procedures.

    • Attend weekly manager meetings to improve and enhance service levels.

    • Handle customer feedback duly and ensure all actions taken are reported to the Concrete JFK Team

    Events

    • Drive local business; develop Neighborhood Outreach Program by mapping out and tracking targeted companies/businesses, utilizing Incentive cards, etc. Track event team members' outreach efforts.

    • Manage all incoming inquiries, calls, and voicemails. Ensure clients receive responses promptly.

    • Liaise with clients and perform walkthroughs and site visits.

    • Produce and update Event Menus in coordination with department heads. Ensure all events/reservations are accurate for the host and management team; one sheet and turnover details. Send weekly events and venue summaries to proper team members.

    • Grow existing contacts. Track clients contact information and build an F&B database.

    • Function as POC for CRM and Reservations systems; set up all CRM profiles and webmail tracking. Initiate post-event follow-up emails with all clients.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Microsoft Office knowledge

    • Canva understanding.

    • Powerpoint.
