• We have an opening for a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR position.

• Location: 5500 Forest Hills Road Loves Park, IL 61111. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday with possibility of Saturday, availability for 1st and 2nd shift.

• Requirement: Supervisory experience, knowledge of chemicals and janitorial cleaning, bi-lingual is a plus.

Job Summary

Summary: As a Facilities Supervisor, you will support the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Coordinator in providing excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises Janitorial staff and oversees subcontractor services to include mail operations, shipping & receiving, ground & landscaping.

• Specialty aseptic cleaning and glass washing.

• Communicates between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks.

• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.

• Mail, shipping, and receiving as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.

• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.

• Experience managing invoices and pricing.

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.

• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
