FEED MILL COORDINATOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Imports finish feed production from Beta Raven and validate in Mtech.

• Enters physical inventories for ingredients and finished feed in Mtech.

• Process sales orders for external feed sales.

• Enters requisitions and receives through SAP for various Live departments.

• Maintain daily filing and reconciliation of feed delivery tickets for Grower Pay.

• Answers phones and performs other clerical duties as needed for Live departments.

EDUCATION:

• Requires an high school degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in accounting or accounting support role required

• 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software required

RESUME REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good communication skills

• Computer skills; SAP experience preferred

• Accounting/Accounting support
