    What You Will Do:

    • Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability

    • Manage processing of all transactions involving A/R, A/P, inventory, and equipment

    • Collaborate with leadership to devise and implement strategic administrative improvements, systems, policies, and procedures

    • Ensure office is well-maintained, organized, and secure by overseeing facility management and maintenance

    • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors

    • Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed

    • Review and edit company documents when needed

    • Plan and organize trainings, leadership meetings, conferences, and workshops

    • Provide administrative support to senior leadership

    • Provide support in preparing and maintaining the company documentations

    • Identifies ways to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency

    • Manages the Drop Bury Process for all of Field Operations

    • Tracks capital expenses within Field Operations

    • Manages security badges in Rapid City

    • Create and maintain weekly and monthly trended operations reports.

    • Other duties as assigned

    What You Will Need:

    • A high school diploma or GED is required.

    • Must possess 3-5 years progressive administrative assistance experience.

    • Experience with event planning is strongly preferred.

    • Must possess strong analytical background

    • Strong planning and follow-up skills are required.

    • Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

    • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files, and conversations.

    • Outstanding organization skills are required, with demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks.

    • Must possess strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

    • Regularly required to talk and hear

    • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

    • Frequently required to sit, stand, bend at the knees and waist and walk

    • Regularly required to use hands to type, handle objects and paperwork

    • Required to reach and hold on to items at chest level or reach above the shoulder

    • Required to use close vision and be able to adjust focus.
