    Job Summary

    A Financial Coordinator is responsible for assisting various financial activities within Levy At Kaseya Center. The role involves handling transactions, monitoring accounts payable, assisting in daily reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations this role reports to the Financial Controller.

    Financial Transactions

    • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

    • Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

    Budget Management

    • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.

    Financial Reporting

    • Assist our Controller in financial reports summarizing key financial data and trends.

    Credit Card Charge Backs

    • Monitor and manage ALL Charge backs and credit card disputes.

    • Review Credit card processing systems needs and ensure proper tools are in place .

    Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Vendors and Reconciliation of Partner sales .

    • Organize ALL file financial documents for Concessions sales and Vendors reconciliation

    Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    • Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities.

    Audit Support

    • Assist in internal and external audits.

    • Provide documentation and information as required during audit processes.

    Vendor Management

    • Liaise with vendors and Maintain Insurance and W-9 Records.

    • Ensure timely payment to vendors while maintaining positive relationships.

    Ad Hoc Financial Projects

    • Participate in special financial projects as assigned by management.

    • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

    Requirements

    • Associate degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.

    • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
