    We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Admin to join our clients team in the Conshohocken area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient client service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have good phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.

    • This position will be full time and will be brought on permanently after 1-2 months.

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and ability to wear many hats.

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.

    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.

    • Coordinate appointments and meetings for financial advisors and clients

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service and support.

    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed

    • Assist in the organization and maintenance of client files and databases.

    • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

    • Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.

    • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
