    Job Summary

    TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. Each location has a plethora of dining options which gives our guests the variety they look for. As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

    In this role, you can expect to:

    • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service

    • Provide visible leadership to employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded

    • Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant; Inspire all team members to do the same

    • Develop a trusting atmosphere that is conducive to receiving feedback from team members and guests; coach the staff according to company policy

    • Respond to guest concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions; Personally contacts guests as appropriate

    • Oversee all front of house operations, providing guidance and supervision

    • Assist in achieving financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes

    • Adhere to safety standards and comply with standards of operation

    • Stay alert to competitive practices that could have an impact on business. Offer recommendations when appropriate.

    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

    Pay Range

    $18.00 - 18.00 per hour

    Typical Physical Demands

    In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects.     Work Environment
