CURRENTLY hiring fully remote customer service representatives! (equipment IS provided!)
-MS Office Experience
Answer and support patients with issues regarding hearing aid products
Troubleshoot Bluetooth technology
Address and resolve customer complaints
Direct calls as appropriate to correct department or individual within company.
Effectively meet all defined metrics regarding talk time and accuracy
Communicate effectively with customer to provide a high-quality experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Call center experience
Experience speaking with patients
Technology experience preferred but not required
Working in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft office
Strong communication
