Financial Reporting
A manager will oversee client level directives that may include the following:
Ensure that your team members feel valued and supported and help foster their success.
Manage a team of one or more employees, as assigned. Such team may include
Fund Controller, Senior Associate, Associate, and/or Interns.
Manage relationships with your assigned clients and staff.
Manage the setup of new clients and assist team members with the same, as needed.
Manage and complete all client deadlines and/or cover if a staff member is out of the office.
Provide the primary review of company deliverables; specifically, reviewing financial
statements, capital account statements, capital calls, distributions, etc.
Work with assigned staff to ensure that client's day-to-day needs are met.
Develop respectful and impactful relationships with your clients and staff, so that each
client has the support and relationship with both a staff and a manager.
This should include scheduling regular trips with your staff to visit clients as
practicably needed, typically annually.
Manage any minor team issues that may arise, such as behavioral issues or struggles to
meet responsibilities and/or timelines. Work with the company's Directors to manage any major issues.
Ensure that all relevant client needs of your own are serviced, as assigned.
Provide meaningful feedback to Directors on assigned work and assist Directors in
deciding how to allocate new clients to staff.
Provide ideas or suggestions to Directors on ways to help the company's growth, such as system improvements, resolutions to company problems, potential business opportunities for the company, etc.
Be available to support Directors as needed with company projects or demands that may arise.
