    Description

    • A manager will oversee client level directives that may include the following:

    • Ensure that your team members feel valued and supported and help foster their success.

    • Manage a team of one or more employees, as assigned. Such team may include

    • Fund Controller, Senior Associate, Associate, and/or Interns.

    • Manage relationships with your assigned clients and staff.

    • Manage the setup of new clients and assist team members with the same, as needed.

    • Manage and complete all client deadlines and/or cover if a staff member is out of the office.

    • Provide the primary review of company deliverables; specifically, reviewing financial

    • statements, capital account statements, capital calls, distributions, etc.

    • Work with assigned staff to ensure that client's day-to-day needs are met.

    • Develop respectful and impactful relationships with your clients and staff, so that each

    • client has the support and relationship with both a staff and a manager.

    • This should include scheduling regular trips with your staff to visit clients as

    • practicably needed, typically annually.

    • Manage any minor team issues that may arise, such as behavioral issues or struggles to

    • meet responsibilities and/or timelines. Work with the company's Directors to manage any major issues.

    • Ensure that all relevant client needs of your own are serviced, as assigned.

    • Provide meaningful feedback to Directors on assigned work and assist Directors in

    • deciding how to allocate new clients to staff.

    • Provide ideas or suggestions to Directors on ways to help the company's growth, such as system improvements, resolutions to company problems, potential business opportunities for the company, etc.

    • Be available to support Directors as needed with company projects or demands that may arise.
