General Office Clerk

Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk for a Healthcare organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with various clerical duties in a busy office environment. You will also be required to handle data entry tasks and use Microsoft Office Suite extensively. Responsibilities

• Providing clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and reordering supplies

• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining records

• Familiarity with medical records will be advantageous

• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining digital files

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
