Group Sales Liaison

Adecco is partnering with the State of Kentucky to fill a Group Sales Liaison role at the Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park in Gilbertsville, Kentucky.

Our team is made up of people who are hard-working, energetic, and passionate about what they do! As a Group Sales Liaison , you are what makes the guest's visit an experience of a lifetime. You will be the main point of contact between group leaders and hotel staff regarding reservations, work closely with banquet and catering teams, provide excellent customer service, assist in preparing proposals, contracting events, and maintaining client relationships, manage scheduling, billing, and collections, participate in weekly sales meetings, sales blitzes, and networking events.

Schedule will require flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Pay will range between $13-$15 an hr. and determined after the interview process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications for this Group Sales Liaison position include:

• Serve in a key capacity to support group sales, group reservations, and group leaders

• Manage scheduling, billing, and collections for assigned accounts and events

• Respond promptly to group inquiries, provide tours and recommendations, and drive sales revenue by securing future bookings

• Assist sales team in preparing proposals, contracting events, and maintaining client relationships

• Work closely with banquet and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of group events based on specifications

• Serve as the main point of contact between group leaders and hotel staff during onsite visits, addressing any last minute requests or issues that arise

• Perform additional tasks requested by supervisors

• Assists guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

• Must be available to work a flexible weekly schedule, weekends/holidays will be included

• Ability to perform all duties as instructed in training

Pay Details: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour
