  • Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Wilmington, MA. We are looking for an experienced Digital Press Operator. This is a direct hire opportunity on 3rd shift.

    Pay Rate Range: $25 - $28 DOE

    Schedule(s)/Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:55 PM - 2:00AM

    Position Title: HP Digital Press Operator

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Operate HP 6000 Web Press digital print technologies

    • Provide color management support on every project

    • Work collaboratively with you production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers

    • Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management

    • Learn our business through filling the needs of our customers

    Qualifications Include:

    • Required: High school education

    • Required: 2+ years related experience

    • Preferred: Certified Operator

    • Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks

    • A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems

    • Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep

    • projects running smoothly and efficiently

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)

    • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects

    • Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people

    • and personalities

    • Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the

    • inquiries of internal customers

    • Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
