  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

    • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

    • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding activities.

    • Support workforce management by tracking attendance and leave requests.

    • Assist in performance management processes.

    • Utilize HRIS systems for data entry and reporting.

    • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.

    • Experience with HR software such as Kronos, Ceridian, or similar systems.

    • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

    • Understanding of human resources management principles.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
