  • Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR File Clerk to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and managing confidential employee data, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. As a critical part of our human resources department, you will be tasked with organizing, updating, and managing HR-related data in both physical and digital systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data

    • Efficiently input and update HR-related data in both physical and digital systems

    • Assist in the preparation and management of HR-related documents such as employment contracts and recruitment paperwork

    • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to HR files in a timely and detail oriented manner

    • Assist HR officers in the verification and validation of relevant documents as needed

    • Facilitate and manage the retrieval of files and records for HR staff as needed

    • Adhere strictly to privacy and confidentiality rules, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive data and protecting employee privacy

    • Conduct regular audits of data and files to ensure information is current and correct

    • Participate in other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team

    This role offers a contract employment opportunity. In performing your duties, you will be making use of skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Correspondence, Customer Service, Data Entry, and File management systems. Requirements - Must possess at least 2 years of experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

    • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

    • Familiarity with file management systems is a must.

    • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.

    • Strong ability to handle correspondence professionally and effectively.

    • Must have proven data entry skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
