Are you an experienced and dynamic HR professional looking to make a difference in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team and help drive our people initiatives forward in a hybrid Pleasant Prarie location. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.

• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports as needed.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

• Assist with General HR Admin duties as needed
