    Under the direction of the People Operations Director, you will perform tasks to support the effective and efficient delivery of HR services including but not limited to data management, benefit administration, electronic file maintenance, compliance, leave and workers' compensation management, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. Additionally, but not limited to, you will assist the Recruitment Specialist with the background screening for selected applicants and current employees; pre-employment drug screen, and other new hire clearance requirements. Lastly, you will serve as a back-up to other HR/People Operations Support as needed.     Qualifications

    EDUCATION: Minimum of an Associates degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 1 (one) year Human Resources experience required; two (2) years preferred; Experience using HRIS/Payroll systems and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Applications and database management.

    Other qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; customer service, relationship management, multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently are required.

    • Some knowledge of state and federal employment law, benefits administration, credentialing

    • Valid Driver's License required; Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
