    Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Support specialist located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH to support personnel initiatives for the Air Force Cyber Resilience Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS).

    ?The candidate shall have prior experience working DoD personnel actions and experience with civilian manpower systems (e.g. General Schedule (GS), AcqDemo).?

    ??Responsibilities include:

    • ?Assisting with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities;

    • ?Assisting with technical work related to program management to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures;

    • ?Validating personnel activities for compliance with policies and directives and report discrepancies and recommends corrective action;

    • ?Maintaining suspense system for personnel actions and correspondence;

    • ?Monitoring personnel actions for timeliness, propriety, and accuracy;

    • ?Preparing and maintaining records, assignments, promotions, and personnel readiness;

    • ?Preparing and processing administrative support actions relating to unit programs such as in and out-processing and evaluations;

    • ?Maintaining and monitoring duty status changes;

    • ?Creating, interpreting, and auditing management assessments products and transaction registers and identify mismatches;

    • ?Tracking and providing summary reporting/briefings of progress in hiring and onboarding new personnel;

    • ?Organizing and compiling management data and submits reports;

    • ?Working directly with CROWS staff;

    • ?Collaborating with team leads and POCs to prepare for periodic meetings;

    • ?Providing customers with guidance on how to use web-based applications for personnel actions;

    • ?Ensuring proper counseling of individuals on personnel programs, procedures, and benefits.

    • ?Other duties as assigned

    ?Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

    • Must be a US Citizen

    • ?Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD

    • ?OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD.

    • ?DoD Secret Clearance Required
